Saida — 31 January 2026. As part of strengthening cooperation between humanitarian and health institutions, Al Moasat Association in Saida received a delegation from the Palestine Red Crescent Society – Lebanon Region, including Director General Dr. Mohammad Hammoud, Al-Hamshari Martyr Hospital Director Dr. Safwat Iskandar, and Physical Therapy Center Director Dr. Jamal Al-Saleh.

The delegation was welcomed by Al Moasat Association President Mrs. Rola Ansari and Director Ms. Ghaidaa Al-Dirzi.

The meeting focused on prospects for joint coordination and cooperation between Al Moasat Association and the Palestine Red Crescent Society, particularly in the health and humanitarian sectors, including collaboration related to Al-Hamshari Martyr Hospital and the Physical Therapy Center, in a way that supports both the Lebanese and Palestinian communities.

Mrs. Ansari stressed the importance of strengthening partnerships among humanitarian institutions, noting the value of such cooperation in supporting health and social work and in improving services for beneficiaries.

For his part, Dr. Hammoud praised Al Moasat’s leading role in Saida and expressed keenness to expand cooperation in support of shared humanitarian goals.

The meeting concluded with a joint emphasis on maintaining communication and coordination between both sides in order to reinforce humanitarian and health work and deepen the spirit of partnership and institutional integration.
